Viewpointe Architectural Change Requirements
Before proceeding with any architectural changes, owners are required to submit a "Request for Modification Form", which must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee before any work begins. This is necessary to ensure that the neighborhood maintains its quality landscaping and architecture.
These requests must be made in writing, and with supporting plans or drawings where applicable.
Prior ARC Approval is required on:
• Painting (Trim or exterior walls)
• Fencing
• Exterior lighting
• Landscaping changes or tree removal
• Out buildings
• Alteration to the exterior of the home, including siding, eaves, windows and gutters
• Alterations to driveway or sidewalks
