Homeowners Association

Our neighborhood is operated by a homeowners association run by Viewpointe at Redondo residents, and has an Architectural Review Committee that examines requests made by owners for improvements to their property to ensure that the neighborhood maintains its quality landscaping and architecture. These are based on the Bylaws and Covenants that every owner received at purchase.

A Close-Knit Neighborhood with a Puget Sound View

Viewpointe at Redondo Federal Way scenic viewsLocated in Federal Way, Washington, Viewpointe at Redondo is a 44-home neighborhood just a short walk from Puget Sound. This upscale development was constructed by Schneider Homes, begun in 1989 and completed in the late 1990s. Many of the homes have sweeping views of Puget Sound.

Viewpointe at Redondo prides itself on a sense of community, with events such as a Block Watch, a neighborhood-wide garage sale and the holiday festival or lights during the month of December. The display is free to the public, but we have a donation bin along the way for visitors to donate nonperishable food, and collect hundreds of cans and boxes for the local food bank each year.

Viewpointe also embraces diversity, with many different cultures represented in the ownership.manicured landscapes
