Security and Neighborhood Block Watch
Stay alert for any strangers or unfamiliar vehicles!
Please notify any of the board members if you have any information regarding security issues, vandalism, or unsafe conditions in our neighborhood. Their contact information is on the website.
If you see and actual crime IN PROGRESS, call 9-1-1 immediately to report it. If you are the victim of vandalism or theft of any kind, call the Federal Way Police at 253-835-6700 or go to their website to file a police report.
Security Lighting
If you see that any lights have burned out or been damaged, notify the HOA board by sending an email to rviewpointehoa@gmail.com. Every resident has a lamppost in the front yard. We encourage you to consider adding a bright LED bulb and leaving it on all night.
