Welcome to the Viewpointe at Redondo neighborhood
Located in Federal Way, Washington, Viewpointe at Redondo is a 44-home neighborhood built by Schneider Homes. The development was begun in 1989 and completed in the late 1990s. Many of the homes have sweeping views of Puget Sound.
Known locally as the "Christmas Light Neighborhood", Viewpointe at Redondo is a favorite of residents from all over the area during the month of December, as many of the homes are awash in colorful holiday lights. The display is free to the public, but we have a donation bin along the way for visitors to donate nonperishable food, and we collect hundreds of cans and boxes for the local food bank each year, along with hundreds of dollars in donations.
